Artistic Subjection Notice*
Artistic Subjection: Art is a form of expression that is purely creative and subjective to the individual. When commissioning Ryan and Ryan Alston Studios you are commissioning an artist craft. There is not a "cookie cutter" process for his photo shoot projects. Each project is different. We can not promise you that your project will look exactly like the images posted on this website or his portfolio but Ryan and the staff of Ryan Alston Studios can promise to utilize the same level of professionalism, technique, and experience on all projects.
Waiver of Liability**
This Waiver of Liability releases Ryan Alston Studios and it's affiliated members from all liability relating to injuries that may occur {during production, or photo shoot.}. By clicking this agreement and submitting this booking form, I agree to hold Ryan Alston Studios entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries incurred, regardless of whether injuries are caused by negligence. I also acknowledge the risks involved in the production. These include but are not limited to physical or mental injury. I swear that I am participating voluntarily and that all risks have been made clear to me. Additionally, I do not have any conditions that will increase my likelihood of experiencing injuries while engaging in this production. By clicking the agreement below I forfeit all right to bring a suit against Ryan Alston Studios or it's affiliates for any reason. In return, I will receive the agreed-upon services offered. I will also make every effort to obey safety precautions and all laws during the production or expedition. I will ask for clarification when needed. *
Cancellation Policy*
Cancellation: (a) The Client will be required to complete a Booking Form, upon receipt of the booking form, Ryan Alston Studios will send an email as confirmation. Once initial payment has been received the booking will then be considered Confirmed. (b) As a result, once a booking is Confirmed, there are no refunds on sessions. All session rates are immediately applied to your production fees. In the event that the client must cancel their attendance, they have the option to find another individual to take their spot for the session and take on their payment obligations. (c) In the event of an emergency, the client may cancel and transfer their production fee another session by Ryan Alston Studios within 14 days. All contributing parties in your session that are not employees of Ryan Alston Studios (including but not limited to makeup artist, hair stylist, models, wardrobe stylist, designers, assistants, etc.) are considered independent contractors and NOT included in the Cancellation Policy.
Image Return & Retouch Notice*
Ryan does NOT release Unretouched images to clients. Photos will be sent within one-two weeks after the project has concluded (In most cases). Images are sent digitally via wetransfer. The client has 30 days to download the images from the wetransfer folder/link before they are removed from the server. There is a $50 fee if images have to be reuploaded after the thirty days.
